I started preparing for the security track about 3 months after passing my R&S lab in march 2009. I used the INE CODs, volume I and Volume II workbooks. The INE workbooks help you a great deal. The knowledge you derive from studying the labs is just great. I totally recommend using both Volumes as they helped me pass the CCIE Security Ver 3.0 blueprint on the first attempt in June 2010. I would like to say a huge Thank you to the INE team for the quality of materials they have made available to help create better Engineers in the Industry.
