I passed the CCIE R&S Lab in 2008 on my first attempt mostly thanks to the resources at INE. I relied heavily on the Dynamips workbook to build my fundamentals. When I got as far as Dynamips could take me, I rented rack time from Dynamips. This helped me gain experience with the switching technologies that Dynamips can't do. Probably the greatest help of all were the Graded Mock Labs. The experience of taking these was very close to the real lab. I did 3 of them and while I didn't pass a single one they were instrumental in showing me where I was making careless errors. I couldn't have passed without INE's study materials.
