Hi IE, I have passed two CCIE lab exams recently :-) March 2007 - R&S June 2007 - Security For R&S track I used Advance Technology Labs and two Mock Labs. I found them very usefull, tech labs for review for single technologies and Mocks for verification of my preparations status. For Security preparations I used CoD, current workbook (technology and mock labs) and remote racks. I found them all very usefull as well.
