I selected IE for my prep training and materials for my 2nd attempt at the security CCIE lab. The boot-camp training was great and I also utilized the advanced technologies class-on-demand. But I believe the most significant factor that affected my outcome was taking the IE suggested CCIE lab strategy to heart.
