Brian and Brian, I want to thank both of you for all of your help and your products. I passed my R&S lab on Mar 10th in RTP. This was my 4th attempt total but only my second after using your products. To be honest I should have passed the previous time but had a complete brain dump and could not answer a simple question that I had done before multiple times. The two previous times I used a different vendors material and a different approach. That being said until I started with your end-to-end program I had many holes in my knowledge on certain topics which your COD and boot camps pointed out to me then filled those knowledge gaps. I was blown away with your professionalism and the way that you conduct business. No matter how dumb I thought the question was you always seemed to put it in a way that made it seem like it was great that I asked the question. I have had other experiences where I was made to feel like an idiot for even asking the question. My situation has been a little different because my job has me in the Middle East quite often supporting our troops but your products were the perfect thing for me to use while traveling.I would highly recommend you to anyone and have the other 7 engineers here using your products. I will be going for my service provider after a little break so I will be talking to you again in the future. Thanks again for all of your help.
