I passed my CCIE R&S lab on my first attempt in San Jose, thanks to your great products. Your workbooks were very structured with clear explanations of various technologies and concepts. Your mock labs definitely were ego-busters and really helped exposed my strengths and weaknesses. Understanding what the CCIE lab was really all about was a great first step as I started this journey. I now firmly believe that there is really no fancy trick to passing the lab except a deep understanding of the technologies, their applications and proper troubleshooting/verification techniques.
