The last thirty months have made for a tumultuous journey, to say the least. INE?s R&S 4.5 ATC coupled with the Volume II workbook have proven invaluable. The customer care is second to none. Brian McGahan may be the best technical instructor I have ever encountered. I say this after spending a fair amount of time earning a degree from a technical institution. Keep up the good work guys!
