I would like to let you know that I passed the CCIE RS exam yesterday in Brussels on my first attempt. It was an incredible good feeling to see my five digits this morning. For preparation I used your Audio and Video Classes and the Workbooks I,II and III (all version 4.1). I must say that your products helped me a lot in understanding the technologies and in practicing. I am sure that without it I would have a hard time in passing the lab exam, especially not on the first attempt.
