CCIE
I'm relatively new to networking. I started my journey with taking the Cisco NetAcademy at my local community college in 2011. After my first semester I was hooked and couldn't get enough. I finished the course, got my CCNA and wanted more. I then started studying for my CCNP R&S. It's been up hill ever since. I soon learned about INE and the success stories from others who have used them. I bought the CCIE R&S version 4 package and was excited, but overwhelmed by the amount of books that came. I spent a little extra and got the printed copies, which I barely used. I used the PDF's most of the time. Built my own lab which helped out a lot with my schedule. My wife and I moved several times and every time I had to tear down and rebuild my lab so my studying got delayed. We finally got settled in and I started back up with studying for the exam. I went through every lab for the R&S version 5 and really learned a lot from them. I even enrolled in the online bootcamp. The bootcamp was good, but it was at a very fast pace. If you aren't close to your lab, you will get lost. I learned a few things and it was good to see how Brian would tackle a troubleshooting ticket. It took me two times to pass, but when I got the pass on the second time I was so surprised, happy and relieved all at the same time. I couldn't have taken this journey with the help of INE and their resources. It's now time to enjoy my family and spend time with my loving and patient wife. I wish everyone a good journey and remember to have fun and enjoy the ride!
