INE's videos, workbook, and rack rentals helped me to study for the CCIE Service Provider exam by assembling the core topics in one place and providing a cohesive solution to practice which allowed me to focus on building the technologies on which I would be tested. I passed my CCIE Service Provider lab exam on my first attempt, having used Cisco and IETF documentation to supplement my primarily Cisco Press and INE-based preparation.
