After on and off studying for the Voice and Collaboration for 2.5 years, I finally passed the collaboration IE on my second attempt. After using Mark Snow's deep dive videos and attending the 10-Day Bootcamp, I felt really prepared to pass. Mark does a great job of teaching the topics and breaking them down to give students better understanding. Thank you INE for helping me to not only get my CCIE, but making me a much better engineer in the process.
