I recently passed my CCIE R&S v5 lab on the first attempt in London. I used a combination of the INE workbooks and I was fortunate enough to see the ATC class when it was broadcasted live last year. I would say that the ATC + Workbooks are absolutely essential to anyone interested in pursuing their CCIE in R&S - and I would highly recommend INE to anyone interested in any kind of certification. I intend to take my 2nd CCIE in Data Center and will certainly use INE again.
