Hello IE Team, I just found out that I passed the CCIE R&S lab on my first try! I can't say enough about the support and knowledge of the entire staff. The Brians, Scott, Anthony and Petr are awesome trainers even though I haven't met them in person I felt that I has their support through the forums and email. I only used Internetwork Expert for my preperation and I wouldn't have passed with it. You have gained a customer for life. Thanks again.
