CCIE
My journey started in 2009 when I decided to study for my CCIE R&S. I cleared my CCNA and my CCNP back in early 2000 and my dream was to be one of those who hold a CCIE. I have been working with networking since 1998 and I told myself I can do it, so I started studying in 2009 . This is when I bought the CCIE exam guide and started studying and practicing, as I have home lab. I then passed my CCIE written exam and started to prep for my LAB. As I was involved with my work and project my study plan was between start and stop so it toke me a while to finish TCP/IP vol 1 and 2 after clearing my CCIE written. Then I bought INE's ATC and the workbooks, it took me around 2 months for ATC and 4 months for WB 1 and 2 . In July 2012 it was my first attempt which I did not pass (I was slow and confused, I did not have any plan or tactics). My wife was big factor in helping encourage me and letting me schedule my second attempt. I sat with myself and started to review what mistakes I made in the first attempt and it tended to go much quicker. I practiced speed and I scheduled my second attempt in Oct, 25th 2012 and I passed my exam. Many thanks to the INE family for providing outstanding materials!
