I used INE's training videos going all the way back to the materials for the CCIE Voice before it was Collaboration. I learned all the fundamentals of the technology and the test strategy that ultimately resulted in me getting a number. Mark has a great way of explaining the fine nuances of the technology. He also does a good job of teaching both strategies for the lab and advice on how it should be used in the real world. Thanks!
