Anders C Pedersen, CCIE #42544
CCIE
I passed the CCIE-SP on the 24th of February on my 2nd attempt. I was so lucky that I could take all of last October off work at the end of which I booked the exam in Brussels. I consistently worked through the INE workbooks in preparation, and on the labs to gain a deeper understanding of the technologies. In mid-October, I attended INE's SP Bootcamp in Chicago. The Bootcamp was lots of fun and very informative, and Brian McGahan did a great job going through the technologies for both the lab and real world scenarios. I primarily used the SP ATC and workbook; read the MPLS TE Engineering book, and Layer 2 VPN Architectures, besides revisiting Routing TCP/IP Volume 1 and 2 for IGP and BGP information, as well a multiple RFCs. For hardware I used INE?s Rack Rental, which works brilliantly, and with the pre-configuration loader and 12 minutes configuration change, it?s a pleasure to use! A huge thank you to the INE community for making this possible - You can read more about my experience here: http://ieoc.com/forums/t/28876.aspx
